Birthing A Great Idea

I was in search for some refreshing knowledge and like I should i found some. That's what I want to share
So like most discussions, we might need a definition of an Idea.
My definition of an Idea is a thought developed to solve a problem or meet a need. As long as there is a need, there will always be an Idea. No matter how stupid it might sound to you. So what’s the problem with having a great idea? The truth is as long as a little time is used to think, an idea usually pops up. Why don't people now accept ideas or why don't great ideas quickly sell? great ideas alter the power balance in relationships. That is why good ideas are always initially resisted. Anybody with a great idea always seems to be superior to people who don't have one. This is the first knowledge we need to know at the back of our minds. The fact that your idea might not have been accepted in the past might be based on the fact that good ideas alter the power balance in relationships. So note this.
The second point is great ideas comes with responsibility. Great ideas come with a heavy burden. Which is why so few people have them. You need to break out from the "I don't want an extra wahala" before you can have a great idea. Have it at the back of your mind, few people can handle great ideas. So the true question is are you ready to be one of the few?
The idea doesn’t have to be big. It just has to change the world. That’s what makes it great. Never expect your idea to be big before you can term it great. Changing the world is a function of time so you need to be patient to watch your idea grow and do what it is meant to do. We all spend a lot of time being impressed by folks we’ve never met. Somebody featured in the media who’s got a big company, a big product, a big movie, a big bestseller. So we call them a big shot. This in itself isn't wrong if they act as a source of inspiration to us.
You need to know what you do. Know it very well. It’s in the place of knowing it, great ideas are birthed. Knowing what you do doesn't only mean trying to improve your skill. It means being sure that’s what you do. Focus brings clarity. Clarity is improved as ideas are birthed. The sovereignty you have over your work will inspire far more people than the actual content ever will. Your idea doesn’t have to be big. It just has to be yours alone. The more the idea is yours alone, the more freedom you have to do something really amazing. The more amazing, the more people will click with your idea. The more people click with your idea, the more it will change the world. The more it will be termed a GREAT idea.
To do this you need to put the hours in. Doing anything worthwhile takes forever. 90% of what separates successful people and failed people is time, effort, and stamina. Put the hours in; do it for long enough and magical, life-transforming things happen eventually. If your business plan depends on you suddenly being “discovered” by some big shot, your plan will probably fail. Nobody suddenly discovers anything. Things are made slowly and in pain.
Everyone is born creative; everyone is given a box of crayons in kindergarten. Then when you hit puberty they take the crayons away and replace them with books on algebra etc. Something in us screams for the crayons. They’re only crayons. You didn’t fear them in kindergarten, why fear them now?
If you make something special, powerful, honest and true, you will succeed. This is what’s called a great idea. The creative person, one who is trying to come up with the great idea basically has two kinds of jobs. One is the sexy, creative kind. Second is the kind that pays the bills. Wherever you are, either one or two you can turn one to two eventually.
Don’t try to stand out from the crowd; avoid crowds altogether. It nerve wrecking to but if you accept the pain, it cannot hurt you. Doing something seriously creative is one of the most amazing experiences one can have, in this or any other lifetime. Merit can be bought. Passion can’t.
The only people who can change the world are people who want to. And not everybody does. Remember only great ideas change the world and ideas are birthed by people.
Finally, don’t worry about finding inspiration. It comes eventually. Remember, it’s in the place of focus clarity is born and ideas give more clarity. I hope I've been able to inspire someone to Birth his great idea.

BUSINESS GROWTH VIA TEAM BUILDING, VOLUNTEERS, NETWORKS AND CONNECTING WITH RIGHT MINDS PART 1

I will be sharing thoughts on Business growth via team building, volunteers, building networks etc. Let’s hit it.
Every entrepreneur and successful business owner has adapted and is still using the skills I will be discussing
The first aspect we are dissecting is Team Building.
Team building simply speaks of synergizing your work force to produce maximum efficiency.
A background truth: Everybody has his/her unique strength and not everyone is “useful”
But this is after proper selection has been made. So let’s step back and speak a bit on the selection process.
How do you identify and select effective people to build your team?
You need to come to terms with the fact that you make the best of what you have available.
The next is to identify all the elements where you need people to form and build a formidable team.
Next you need to realize that you might need to do many of those areas you need people by yourself.
If you need to get trained in that area then go ahead and learn if not managing your own skill is easier than managing people.
Your team members don’t necessarily need to be people you already have a relationship with.
Speaking with people goes a long way in shortening your search.
Always have at the back of your mind that people = network = influence.
Set a time frame for the search of these people and stick with it. Except if extremely important move on with those you’ve got. Eventually they can help you find the other “missing person”
To get the best out of people, the following things are extremely important. Build an atmosphere of warmth and ease of communication. Introduce fun and relaxation.
Let people know their specific task and how important they are to the overall success. Never make anyone feel like they are indispensable. It is never to early to work on protégé. 
Make promises, fulfill them and apologize profusely when you can’t. Always sell visions and dreams to your team. Always welcome feedback, criticism and suggestions and implement them.
When financial rewards come, PUT YOUR TEAM FIRST. Celebrate success, learn from failures, never place blames on individuals. So let’s call it a day on team building. We move to the next topic.
Next is volunteering.
Volunteering is two ways. You volunteer or people volunteer to help you.
I must be honest I have done sooooo much of this and I have had sooooo many people volunteer to help me. This is one of the biggest money saving technique and experience gaining one.
You just must employ this to get success with less effort and plenty reward. Managing volunteers is as simple as managing your core team. It’s just integrated. But sincerely it’s more difficult because you have more people. The reward is worth the pain and the question that readily comes to mind is “how can you get volunteers?”
How to get volunteers is simply by asking.
People will find out about your people managerial skills and will decide to work with you if they are comfortable with you.
